I thought so too with Bol charging. I think that is a strategy save something for last 100m because Bol is going to be close.

Yeah, wow! I was waiting for Ellis to crash, but she had a great second wind - two fantastic runs in two days. Also, Ireland CRUSHED it! Obviously Adeleke is next level, but I was most impressed with Warmsley. To hang in with Bol for the last 120 or so right to the end - wow! I thought she might actually pip Bol. Of course, Bol had to make up a lot of ground, so kudos to her. But Warmsley demonstrated some major guts not to be intimidated by Bol.
Adeleke looked incredible, especially that last 100. 48.45 split. She will be sub 49 in the open and will medal this year.
Also the Irish anchor ran out of her mind

Absolutely. She wasn't intimidated and stuck with her. Great confidence booster for Warmsley I'm sure.

Me too
Hmm... I think Rodney (Canada) may have stepped out of his lane on the handoff from Blake...
Adeleke looked incredible the way she surged past Klaver. Bol defeated (without falling) in a 400 event for the first time since Sydney's WR.
Adeleke looks like if Mu decided to keep running the 400m
I want to see the opening sprint in the men's 4x100. Corey Lindsey is going to be tough to beat at USAs.

People have been disrespecting him all year long. I've heard people saying that it's gonna be Kenny, Knighton, and Noah at the Olympics for the 200.

By the way, 48.45 by Adekele is absolutely stupid. She's been my dark horse to win the 400m at the Olympics this year since indoor. d
He beat Tebogo who to some is the second coming of Bolt, so he definitely needs to be respected.
Also USA women just killed that 4x400 women's race!

Alright, i'll say it:
Gabby Thomas should be on ANY relay she wants. There were some people who were unhappy about her wanting to go for spots on all 3 relays last year but 49.58 20 minutes after the 4x100 should say everything.
She is a stud but the USA has a lot of solid 400m women.
I think definitely at least the 4x100 and 4x400, but I'm not sure she should do the mixed. Plus, not sure how the schedule lines up with the open 200m.
Will the USA post the fastest men's 4x400 time today!!
Anyone know Tebogo's split?

Nope. Botswana says "hello."
If Tebogo runs the 4x400, which I imagine he will in the finals, it will be an epic showdown in the Olympics.

No it won't. The USA will have Norman, Rai, Norwood and one other. It won't be a competition. Everyone else will be running for silver.
Maybe a 49.0 for Bol? . Made up ground initially but lost interest before the finish .

49.63 according to WA statistics.
