Jazwinski, Wisniewski (still need a Kowalski), Dow and Engelhardt. That's a full class for the 25/26 school year completed by May '24, all based on jr year times.
Perhaps a grad transfer, and maybe an in stater. Good early work from the pack.

Jazwinski, Dow, and engelhardt all primarily middle distance specialist. Wisniewski deperately needed for their XC team. Best class of any team in 5 years, better than Stanford’s 2023 class.

Jazwinski placed 9th at Footlocker and is one of the top Michigan XC runners?

They are all xc runners. The Americans are ranked #1 Engelhardt, #5 Wisniewski and #14 Jazwinski as juniors for Cross Country. They will be happy running xc, and then do whatever in track. If they wanted a middle distance focus, they would not have chosen the pack.
I'm just amazed this class is done in May. Now senior year xc even has little to no impact on recruiting.
You read my message wrong. I meant she placed 9th, why did the above post say she’s a mid d runner when evidently she’s elite at xc
My bad. I was the one who incorrectly stated jazwinski is a middle distance runner and not a XC runner based on her 10:34 3200m. 9th at FL is incredible, I suspect she’ll improve her 3200m time to 10:10 or better which would be in line with a top10 runner at FL. My mistake.
