BETTER denotes quality, not quantity. Nico is faster at 5000m and 10000m than Rono, but then so are quite a number people these days. But better relates to relative performance levels - Rono's best times were world records, Nico's are not or even close really. Both had NCAA records (Rono still has the Steeple record), but from different era's. That is like saying that every HS sub-3.59 runner was "Better" than Bannister - they were faster, but better denotes a different context.
But then what can you expect on this site - that people don't know how to use "better" in its correct context. Seems that education is at an all-time low, but then the Brojo's have Ivy league educations, if you can believe it, so that kind of says it all.
