Spikes: Adidas Cosmos MD (blue/yellow). Loved these so much.
Trainers: Hmm, difficult... it was a pair of racing lightweight trainers from Mizuno but I can't remember the name. I want to say Mizuno Phantom but it just brings up indoor court shoes and they were lightweight racers. Maybe they repurposed the name :/
What were your favourites? Can be from any era.
Just looking at training shoes, my current favorite is the Streakfly. In the early 80s I loved the Korean made Reebok Aztec. There wasn't anything particularly special about the Aztec, it just worked for me.
My all time favorite was the Brooks RT-1, the John Walker shoe. Sadly, it was almost the only shoe from Brooks that I really liked whjich is a shame because I like the company but everything thay make is too built up for me. More recently Asics had a shoe called the Gel Noosa Fast. I think they marketed it as a triathlon shoe but I really like it. I've still got a couple pairs.

The original Nike Terra TC. You could train and race in them. But I preferred the Nike American Eagle for racing.
^This. Both of them. And I'd throw in the Nike Mariah and Nike Zoom I (my go-to spikes for cross, indoors, and outdoors).

XC Spike- Brooks Brushfire 2000(?)
Racing flat- Brooks Afterburner. They had a track spike that was same naming thing with turbo or something maybe but may have it backwards.
Was sponsored by Saucony and went through a lot of the Hurricanes in the mid-90’s. Also Brooks with a lot of Glycerins in late 90’s. Store sponsorship in 2000’s got me into Adidas Supernova Control which I quite liked for a little while until I packed in serious training.
Loved the Nike Lunarglide until the last couple of models. They didn’t last very long but they were always cheap at the outlet. Ran a decent marathon in them at age 45. Reminded me a bit of the Air Max Racer I loved so much.
Now loving the Hoka Arahi. Probably because I’m old, but I feel like they are key to my latest comeback attempt.
Adidas Boston 6. Most versatile flat ever, from track workouts to marathons, and just an incredible upper. And did I mention that the outsole routinely lasted over 1000 miles? 😄
Saucony Kinvara 8
Saucony freedom iso 2
Or kinvara (various)
ASICS - Japan Series – Skysensor
The ‘super shoe’ before ‘super shoes’ and still going.
Not so easy to get hold of outside of Japan but possible.
Claimed to be assembled in Japan from materials all made in
Japan.
training - adizero rocket. Ya, its a racing flat for like the marathon, but I used it primarily for training.
racing - nike streak xc - lt 2. I used these for racing everything - xc, track, every road distance to marathon. I could run faster in these on the track than I could in spikes, weird, I know.
xc spike - nike forever xc
So far 0 people have listed a super shoe as their favorite. Imagine that. From most other shoe threads, it seems like everyone loves the super shoes.

Alphafly 3 is the correct answer for best racing shoe of all time.
Seems many people at the marathon trials as well as independent testers think it's not even good as the OG Alphafly much less all other shoes in history.
Adidas Adizero Boston 5. Still have one pair that I wear sparingly, have stitched tears in the upper several times, sole still holding up.
Trainer: Nike Lunarglide 2 / Nike Invincible 2
Spikes: Nike Miler
5K/8K Road Flats: Nike Lunarspider/Katana Rac3r
Marathon Shoe: Nike ZoomX Vaporfly Next%
Your're right. The Sky Sensor is a really great shoe. I even have a pair and forgot about it when I posted.
Trainers: Brooks Launch, Nike Columbia, Nike Terra TC
Racing flat: Nike Mariah

I'll never forget trying the first Lunaracer for an easy run and feeling like I was being propelled forward. What an amazing shoe. However, it had possibly the worst toebox of any shoe I've ever owned and my pinky toes got sliced up pretty badly which made the shoe practically useless for me.
Version 2 was OK but lacked the pop of Version 1 as I believe they used different foam. Version 3 and 4 had a nice fit. I still have a pair of Lunaracer 3's that I do some tempo work in and they are decent.
Adidas Supernova Glide 6 and 7 for easy days Adidas Boston Boosts or Adios Boosts for track days. I quit running in Adidas when they discontinued the Supernovas and went with Solar Glides and Solar Boosts which were terrible shoes.
