Half tight doesn't make sense. You're running shirtless because of stinking hot weather but why wear a longer and tighter bottom?

Also this is nothing about vanity or looks. It's out of necessity. I only run shirtless during summer. I'm not one of those crazies who do this during winter to prove a point. I cannot even imagine how people train in states like TX during summer. I rarely wear a shirt even in NYC.

When it is very humid half tights do a better job with not chaffing than shorts. They also do not really change how they feel based on how much water they take on as opposed to most running shorts that seem heavier, can bunch up, dont really move as well when really wet.
I dont really care if people run shirtless in half tights or short shorts. At least they are out there running. Once it gets humid around April or May, i typically stop wearing shirts for my runs regardless of what my shorts are.
Running shirtless period is cringe. Have a bit of modesty and decency and don't degrade society with your debauchery.
Anybody who wears basketball length shorts over half tights is a idiot.

Yeah, I find it gross when people do that, along with wearing shorts over 3/4 or full length tights.
I remember seeing some dude wearing sweatpants with basketball shorts over top of the sweatpants. I was like ewwwwwwww.
