Its nice to have these athletes put out videos of workouts. But I agree this one was pointless. At least do the requisite 20 sec interview where you say "what's the workout." Bonus if it is written out on the screen.

Nice to have loyalty but nothing matters if you don't have "healthy and improving"?? That's literally #1 and #2 things you need to get right.
Folks just salty that Coburn and Bosshard both come from money and are really fast. She’s pretty, they get to play track for a living in a beautiful place like Colorado.
he may not be the best but it’s a decent set up. The group is a bit of an island for misfit toys that washed out of their previous group. Honestly they have done a solid job or rehabbing some talent.
I honestly think coaching matter less at the pro level. NAZ has had some people thrive this past year with a bunch of different coaches, because they are talented.
Give these folks the meat and potatoes training, stay healthy, biggest and toughest battle is keeping their mind right.
Begs the question, what does a pro coach know that a more than 1 year pro doesn't? I think the group is more important than the coach. No coach has any secret sauce.
That’s a great question.
I would say a coach and group for that matter are there to remove a layer of doubt and responsibility from the athlete.
Boss group seems to talk a collaborative approach with coach/ athlete but I believe athletes want someone else to have final say on training, racing, etc. removes their worry and uncertainty. The mental game must be constant.
But with some of the nutty people I have met in the sport, I think it would be REALLY hard to navigate all the pro runner mental gymnastics
Boss has been very successful with Cory McGee. Only woman to make all three of last US teams in the 1500.
Is Kate Grace still with Team Boss? Sounded like she was implying that she's being self-coached on Instagram the other day

This has to be the dullest workout video I've ever seen.
This video is so lame. Barely shows any of the workout, and the only info we have is what the workout itself was, and that they indeed did the workout. The track all access workout videos are WAYYYY better because you actually get some insight into it. This may as well be an instagram reel.
I heard the kid was in lane one, so...
