Even weight training will at best have a modest statistical benefit for otherwise fit exercising individuals who are eating nutritiously and sleeping well and have low stress levels; in other words, all the usual “pious” things because we don’t really know of a targeted way to naturally increase T, but among the ways we know of, weight training is probably the most effective.
There is some evidence for tongkat ali (long jack) and ashwagandha. I read several studies documenting increases. I have taken both for a few months now. I haven't tested my levels, and I had little expectation, but the gym is going well, and oddly, my balls are certainly the biggest they've ever been.

No, I don't really have a good premise to request a test through my doctor and I know the companies that send you in-home kits are nonsense. I'm just ticking along. Meanwhile in just 3 months my 15 year old son has grown 2 inches and gained 20 pounds while staying lean. I'm tempted to slip him a roofie and swipe a pint of his blood...
