I liked Mo Katir but after looking into him some more I saw that he made a 13:50-12:50 jump in a year and his improvement curve and level of training shows he by no means should have been able to do that.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck and looks like a duck it’s probably a duck, maybe a goose best case scenario.
From what I understand you don’t just “not realize you already have 2 violations” If you are a world medalist and care about your sport you would absolutely stay on top of that.
