Not true. As someone who kept to himself but was bullied mercilessly, kids will frequently say mean crap unprovoked. Not saying this is the case here, but it's far from implausible.
She's probably just an insecure but hot weirdo with incompetent parents.
I'd say do reasonable in school so you can get a good job (electrician, plumber, nurse, doctor, etc). I'd then start lifting weight do get in good shape. You can be ugly but fit and that is just as good. Next thing I'd do would be find a girlfriend, just so you start feeling comfortable around ladies and improve your charisma.
posts saying either let it motivate you or get you down, but either way only empowers her. Just don't even bother about it. But if you do, either tell her you don't care what she thinks, or call her fat.

More than likely he has been staring at her for a year and she has just ignored him. Recently he has been getting up the nerve to talk to her. A few good mornings and a hi in the hall has made it clear to her that he isn’t getting the hint. She probably sensed he was about to ask her out, or her friends have been joking with her about his obvious crush. So she just decided to rip the bandage off quickly by letting it be known there is no chance.

We have no idea if he was doing any of those things but even if he was, there's ways to handle stuff like that without being evil and public humiliation. She made herself look like an idiot in my view, anyone reasonable/decent who overheard that would have thought to not touch her with a barge pole. Like I said before, she is most likely unhappy herself to be coming out with comments like that, literally designed to hurt people.
From what I can tell from observation of your generation, OP, the answer to any difficult experience is to go sit in the driver's seat of your car and record a short video of yourself screaming and crying and pouring your little Zoomer heart out in the most embarrassing way possible.
