Only have 1 true long run (20 mi with last 10 @ MP) this Sunday which is 14 days out and then 1 not-so-long run @ MP (probably just 10 mi) 7 days out.
Trying the Pros on the 20 miler seems too risky, but the last one perhaps makes sense! thank you.
