It’s all for money. The networks, NFL, and Swift are making big bucks off this fake relationship.
It's adorable how triggered you are. Before she is done, she will also be responsible for getting millions of liberals to vote. That has to burn your axx.
These trumpy goons are willing to stop liking women just because they are the same sex as her. ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ 😫

WWWWHHHHAAAATTTTTT???????
Are you trying to tell me Taylor Swift would pretend to be excited watching football for personal gain?
What will you tell me next. She'll break up with him in a month to continue to cash in on her image of the pretty girl who can't find a nice guy. Surely you jest, sir!
I considered that the whole thing may be fake, but here’s the thing. Swift is definitely an Alpha female, who makes more money than any player, and for the first time, she’s interested in an Alpha male. Maybe it works, or maybe it’s just the flavor of the week.
Part of me agrees with OP. Think it's plausible that the NFL is in on it & is paying her. They ran free ads for her during games last weekend so maybe it's real enough & they're trying to get her to commit to a halftime show. She doesn't need the publicity but I think the NFL does have a problem with younger viewers. There have certainly been more eyes on the NFL + they're cashing in on it.

In essence yes. I never really "got" Taylor Swift (I can't name a single song of hers) but then I began to understand that she is just the void/hero function in many women's lives - the same way that guys invest in pro athletes and pro sports to paper over their misery, women do the same with Swift. Fair enough.
That being said the real losers in this are going to be the Chiefs. Travis Kelce has slowly become one of the most insufferable guys in the NFL. He's not really charismatic - he's now worked his way into the cringe-ad rotation where he's facepalmingly bad even in that scripted environment, and it seems like he's kind of done with football and sees himself as an a-list celebrity. That's fine, good for him - not good for the Chiefs who aren't a New York or L.A franchise used to these circuses (and in the case of NY look how that's translated to success across any sport in the last decade) - they are a football team from Kansas City Missouri. Sure they still have the games best player and sure they are 3-1, but the eye test just isn't the same this season and even more so since Kelce selfishly decided to make Taylor Swift part of their team fabric. I mean they nearly and really should have lost to Zach Wilson last week.
Fun little experiment. The NFL popped it's viewership with lonely women wanting to catch a glimpse of TS on MNF, Kelce is now a "national name" and getting his bad commercial spots, but yawn, kind of over it.

I believe the NFL is paying Swift, but that will probably end soon. Swift is approaching a time when she is overexposed and football fan reaction to her attendance at games will be "I'm sick of Taylor Swift". But when that happens, Swift and the NFL will have milked it for all the money the situation was worth.
