I ran 1:28 with more like a 5:25 mile and 19:00 5k time. And my endurance kind of sucks. You should be able to hit sub-90 for sure.

I currently run around 35-40 miles a week and my long runs are usually around 8 miles
The most interesting thing here is that you run 5k and 6.4k (4 miles) at the same pace.
