Can't believe anyone was able to convince him to run at Syracuse. That place is a dump. I lived there for almost 10 years, so I know the area very well ....

Fox was a fantastic coach and the program was good. His running got much better under Fox. And sorry, I lived there too and its an amazingly beautiful area with alot of trails and remote country roads to train in. You must have been living in the ghetto of downtown Syracuse
You gotta wonder if not joining a real training group squandered some potential?
He has shown flashes of brilliance, hopefully he can get back on track.
But Reebok pulled the funding on their group a year ago? Had to wear reebok shoes, the training locations never made sense, and he had no one to train with.
Justyn is partially to blame, has gone dark on social media and has no interest in contributing to the sport or his fans.
Yeah but Reebok gave him way more $$ than other brands would have. Can’t judge the decision if we don’t know the contract

I agree with all of this with exception to the last part. What North American distance runners show any desire/personality/appreciation to the sport and fans?
Does watching Cooper Teare, Sean McGorty, Fisher, Klecker, Seidel, Nur, etc on social media make you happy for them? Oh, they don't have personality? Surely, then, they must be racing consistently.... Oh, many of them are Bowerman? 'Injured'? nevermind
You get the point. He may in our minds, the viewers, owe us something, but does he? Clearly the majority of the pros out there would agree that it's their job to run, not to cultivate culture or sustain discussion

Lived there, IN A DUMP OF A TOWN?, for 10 YEARS??? Lambert stayed in the place he/she/it/they hated? Lambert be a moran o' the highest degree. Hollywood should make a movie about the person: "10 Years a Moran". (That's MORAN, to those straight-laced snoots who insist it's MORON. Not on LRC it ain't!)
This comment will get lost, but he is not motivated and doesn't really enjoy running. The Reebok group broke apart due to Reebok dying as a brand. The people he liked to train with are no longer together for him to train with.
