Marileidy Paulino was way out of it at 300 and only ran 50.00. Sydney McLaughlin’s gold medal chances just got even better.

She was coming on strong at the end, I wonder if she miscalculated? I'd like to see the 100m splits.
Good to see Kaczmarek win for the home crowd, though
Kerley may need a 9.8 to keep his 100M winning streak here.
1ST 4 in a photo!!
Mens 100 is so underwhelming this year. Nobody running fast, although adds some interesting uncertainty to Worlds
SIMBINE!!
Kerley upset

Fantastic women’s 1500. PBs for nearly every runner.
Not household name Ethiopians either. Just crazy the depth there.
Big upset in the W400 by Kaczmarek. Any relation to Jane?
Kerley lost the 100 to Simbine -- How much could you have made on draftkings with that one?
Mediocre start and he had an acceleration at the end, but it wasn't enough, blanket finish. It had been a while since he last ran a DL and now he's coming off two consecutive losses. At what point might we stop calling him the favorite for Worlds?
jeez that women's 1500 was crazy, 3:54.8/3:54.9/3:55.0/3:57/3:57. Hall got an AR with her 3:57, and the top 9 ran PBs. Wish I'd gotten to see that.
Klaver first time under 50, quite solidly too.

Depends how closely you follow women’s mid-distance. The top 3 would all have easily been ranked top 5-10 in the world before today.
Hailu vs. Hailu here in W3K. I'll take Lemlem as her first name is easier to pronounce.
Switched from the CNBC feed to Peacock when they went to commercials after a few feet of the 3000...watching the actual whole race now.
I don't expect much from NBC, but the coverage of this 3k might be the worst I've ever seen.

3000m ending with a good kick by F. Hailu.
