Runnerspace is and always has been the absolute most garbage website. Truly impossible to navigate. I don’t understand how they haven’t improved it because their traffic has to be dismal compared to what it could be. Truly bizarre.

Wait - so you would rather pay flotrack their assinine fee than usatf or rs? everyone has glitches . a couple little issues on the 10ks but it didn't destroy my life like it did for some of these other posters.
I don’t think it destroyed anybody’s life here. But missing the final two laps of a 10k that had been largely tactical for the first 23 warrants discussion.
Request your money back due to their issue. I did and already received my refund.
Everyone here who has paid for a subscription enables Runnerspace and USATF.TV to continue to get away with not showing track on television. If they know fans will pay for their crappy streaming, they will continue doing it and keeping track off television where it belongs.
If you want track back on television, simply don’t pay for Runner Space / USATF streaming. If USATF officials see they can make good money from limiting access to viewing the 10k finals to that platform, then that will only encourage them to limit access to even more events. Don’t encourage them!
The most effective way to make our voices heard is to speak with our wallets. Yeah, I hate that I missed watching the 10k finals, but in the “long run” (pun intended) that sacrifice is worth it for the greater good.
I remember one of Runnerspace’s first attempts to live stream a half. They followed Ryan Hall right near 300m to go where vehicles had to turn off course. The cameraman jumped out, then proceeded to try to keep up with Hall while trying to film his finish. They obviously missed it. It was the most bizarre fail I’ve ever seen. Anyone remember this?

Instant refund for the month to everyone please
I emailed them last night and asked for a refund. They processed my request this morning.
The coverage of this sport is atrocious. The race was a snooze fest until the last 4 laps. We didn't even get to see the final 2 laps due to the glitch.

no, everyone does not have glitches. this isn't 2006. when was the last time you opened up youtube and it just stopped working?
runnerspace is constantly choppy, buffering or dropping out entirely, and it they don't have a easy way of watching on a televison other than using the clunky method of casting a browser tab. other sports manage to provide much better streaming services for less.
They gave me a refund within 15 minutes of emailing.
there is no way to fix this. it has been the case in usa track and field for decades. these companies are doing fine taking your money. if they had to make revenue from advertising like everyone else they would get a little professional with knowledgable commentators. i think a lack of decent free videos is a big part of the reason why professional track viewing is so pathetic.
