There’s an interesting level of hypocrisy here. How can you claim to not know what the athletes are doing or what they’re racing and have no information about what the program is doing and complain about it, and then, in the same situation say that you have an inherent understanding of what the training looks like for someone like Evan. If you don’t know what/when athletes are racing and what they’re doing and how they’re progressing, you probably don’t know what’s happening inside the program and whether it is tailored to an individual athlete or not.
you don’t have to like Jerry, or BTC - but you can’t argue against the historical success of the program. Most of you don’t have any idea what any of these athletes are actually doing or how the training or what it’s like to be a pro. Hint: they don’t care about appeasing some keyboard warrior on LetsRun
