Teare will be sharper for the big races. Hobbs looked thrilled and was great to see. Very good news for Centro as his fitness is heading into good form. From his disappointing mile to this is very positive.
The USA 1500 team is going to be very interesting. Centro moving in the right direction. Can never count him out. Super stoked for hobbs after a couple meh years! Teare looks good despite looking like he’s been racing on tired legs. Who knows About hocker. Nuguse is an animal this year. Engles with a solid 800 last night. Going to be fun to see how things shake out.
Agree with all of those and also counting on Joe Waskom and (hot take) Isaac Basten to maybe make some waves

. As I have said to tens or hundreds of posters on here. Progress is not always and rarely linear. His 3:34.x in a race was not what he was, but it demonstrated to many what they hoped or thought he could be. Yet many over the last 18 months had said what happened? The process happened. then he runs 4 of the 5 fastest 15's of all time at 20 or under. No one cared. he then ran 1:46.7 and 2:16 for 1000 at 19. Then flopped at Indoor mile..then 7:39 which I think 5 collegians all time have run? At still 19? And still the doubters came on. Not one of those could run 2:16 on roller blades. As a different college coach said to me " I do not always know what it isn't" But I always know what it is. Today is a good day for U.S. running, a happy kid, running very well, and the naysayers? I say..well ya know .....Not one other 20 year old other than Hocker has run this.
