I was just about to mention that. I think it was 20 x 400m at 57 at altitude with a 500m jog rest. Rupp was ran 3:50 for the mile so that was exactly mile race for him. Rupp being more of a 10k guy he's probably more efficient with that recovery than a pure miler, but I doubt he could have managed 57 with a 1' rest.
