Yes. 50k jog. 31 miles slow. Just....meh. Something to keep from rusting out.
My "translation" of January:
JAN 03 12mi (5:21 pace) + 1,100m (5:13 pace)
total: 13.1mi (1:09:47)
JAN 05 8k (5:05 pace) + 1k (in 2:47)
JAN 08 Half Marathon in 1:06:15 (5:03 pace)
JAN 11 2x5k w/ 600m jog (14:50, 14:39)
(4:46 pace, 4:42 pace)
JAN 15 Marathon in 2:18:05 (5:15 pace)
JAN 18 7x1k w/ 200m jog (2:55)
JAN 23 12mi (5:21 pace) + 1,100m (5:10 pace)
total: 13.1mi (1:09:49)
JAN 25 AM- 2x3k w/ 400m jog (8:40, 8:50)
PM- 10x1k w/ 200m jog (3:20)
JAN 28 12mi run with 1k in 2:56 in the middle
JAN 29 Half Marathon in 1:03:49 (4:52 pace)

It is amazing what Yuki has accomplished since his 2018 victory in Boston. Most people thought that he was done and would spend the rest of his career living off of that victory like the womens winner. He has not. He has gone out of his way to prove that his win was not a fluke and has now run a pb for the distance since 2018.
The asterisk from his victory should be removed.
