Even unconverted this may be the fastest 1600m relay time in NCAA history. Rowbury ran 4:27 as a pro when her team set the record at 10:36. The fastest college time I saw was Dominique Scott at 4:28.

That is probably right looking at the other top times

One would think it would be tough for OR to pull their 2 milers out of #9/10 qualifying to focus on DMR, and for WA Gibson is #4 on the mile list while Thomas is #7 on the 800 list. Do they give those up to focus on DMR? Does Arkansas pull Gregory #8 out of mile? Perhaps they do if they think DMR can place higher than her in mile. BYU is a team with no individual high qualifiers that I can see.
Wiley and Matoug ran 4:32 and were awarded 4:29 conversions, officially on TFRRS. Tuohy ran 4:27(not converted) leg which is faster than any mile time except hers.
Thanks for mentioning that. I assume it's Amina Maatoug from Duke. Not nearly as talented as Touhy but she's a feisty bulldog from the Netherlands. I have seen many of her cases over the years on those YouTube channels. I knew she had a very good cross country season but I hadn't heard of anything subsequently. I remember an interview in which she said she would move up from the 800, which has always been her primary distance.
