What an idiotic thread.
What an idiotic thread.
That might eliminate too many.
Not more idiotic than most other threads.
How about posts per mile?
High mileage runners have more posts, and presumably more to offer and right to be heard.
So, for a number, one post per mile per week. A runner doing 30 MPW could have 30 posts per week.
Includes w/u and c/d and treadmill miles, but any miles spent hip-checking your opponents into steel crowd-control fences will not be included.

In 2021 and 2022, I have averaged exactly 0 miles per week. Not a step run since summer 2020. I'm really more into mountain biking these days.

I could do all 5 of these during my peak. But I haven’t run in over 15 years. So can I post or not?

That basically gives you Galen Rupp.
except lefsrun seems to have a problem with all things Rupp.
So.now what?

How many miles does Canova run?
It ain't matter if I'm at 0 miles per week or less than 20 even because I have PRs and earnings that are in the top 1%. Not to brag but I do deserve to flex and shine up on a hater every chance that I get because maybe if these clowns focused on themselves instead of other people (gee you wonder why they suck and their life is boring) then id be considerably more humble. But nope, of course they can't keep their mouths shut because they have no real power. So I will flex.

That's something I can cordially agree with.
All D2 runners should be given a curfew. The babies aren't allowed to post after 8PM

You do realize that my name had a space in it, right?
presumably not because you write it as one word consistently.
so maybe you only on National Day Moron Day.
So, April 24 for you.
The most knowledgeable people are coaches and nearly none of the run any more.
Would you want a 16 year old to post or a 50 year old coach of an NCAA championship team?

I don't care what my mom does because she runs 0 miles a week.
