The African runners are not superior. They are just so many and some of them very talented. They in most cases don't run for the fun and health but to survive and support family. And some of them are lucky to have very good coaches like me. 😉🧙♂️🇸🇪
I also think money has something to do with it. For a Kenyan the $5000.00 they can make in a road race will set them up comfortably for years. For an American you'd pay the rent and have enough money left over for a month comfortably.
None of this mentioned is a fact. Many years ago a Danish/ Swedish scientific study found out no significant difference at two reference groups of Danish / Kenyan 17 aged youngsters, except one thing, the longinated lower legs on the Kenyans giving energy savings during the running phase.

Pencil thin legs are the first thing you will notice. But there are rare exceptions like Bekele. It's like skinny racing tires on road bikes vs. fat tires on mountain bikes. Their physique is perfectly made for long distance running and absolutely suck at all other sports. Have you seen them play soccer and even work basketball?
There is doping in Africa as other parts of the running world. As we have seen in the US someone gets caught for doping and then the assumption is that everybody in that group must dope. East Africa is at a completely different level when it come to distance running than the US. In the men's marathon we are a 4th rate nation. It is a great achievement if the US men get someone in the top 200 based on time in the world. It is virtually impossible for the men to get in the top 100. They would have to run 2:07. That is not going to happen for a long time.
Antidoping control is obviously racist. They keep busting Kenyans.
It actually could be systemically racist. You are not smart enough to understand this. I may elaborate later if I have the time.
It is administered in Kenya by Kenyans. Are they racist against themselves? You turn yourself into a circus-level contortionist in order to find racism where it doesn't exist.

Unfortunately, the claimed natural superiority of Kenyan runners appears to be matched by their far higher incidence of doping, as shown by the amount of drug busts that occur. Take doping out of the picture and they may not be significantly better than many other nationalities.
