Stomach flu (gastroenteritis) aka food poisoning usually last no more than 48 hours. Fever, "both ends wild, extreme loss of energy/strenth and severe body aches.
Covid is all respiratory. Most people have mild symptoms or no symptoms at all. If you are among the few who have extreme symptoms you'll know it.
This is very wrong. The receptor that Covid attaches for entry into cells to the Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor. This receptor does not only exist in the lungs, but it exists all over, basically in any capillary rich organ, which includes the digestive tract (and brain). It's why digestive symptoms are seen in 1 in 5 people with Covid and becomes much more of an issue in people with severe Covid - things like acute colonic pseudo-obstruction, mesenteric ischemia, acute pancreatitis, acute cholecytitis, etc. Covid is simply NOT all respiratory.
