A lot of what they're giving me to do is stuff you can look up. The therapist's walks around and says, "good job " and " looking good". It is extremely expensive and it kills my work day and everything else. I leave feeling l could just write down all these exercises and find a few more and do them whenever. I understand if l was a little old lady and needed someone to walk me through it, but the therapist's is 20 years younger then me and isn't giving me anything l can't look up. If l work my butt off at home can l get the same or better result?
There’s data/studies that show one session with a PT demonstrating exercises is about effective as a full program of rehab. But depends on the injury.
