I'd go with the mile, would be a better performance, but there's more prestige in it and would probably be more opportunities for the mile, basically would only have Arcadia and Brooks PR to get that 2 mile time
I feel bad for Shea, she looked great. I think she stepped on the rail on the turn and almost fell down. she may have twisted her ankle or knee. Sad, she was running great!
Shea was tripped by an obstacle on the track, apparently put there by the guy who jumped up right after she fell. It was probably not intentional, but people shouldn't be so close to the track that they're interfering with the runners.
