Thanks you for your insight. Would you recommand the Avanti for steeplechase ? I will run this event for the first time this spring so I am looking for a spike with good traction and decent cushion. Otherwise, I run the 3000 and 5000 m, and XC. I have already in Adidas racing flat that use the same midsole so I might favor the avanti over the other superspikes.
