My wife told me last night that we could not have sex because it was "that time of the month". I told her I don't care, she said "that's gross". First time I had actually asked this month (so it's been about two weeks). This morning I saw her birth control pill packet on the bathroom counter and so I know she actually does not get her period until the end of this week.
Married 5 years, sex frequency has been dramatically declining - but, now she's telling lying to my face to avoid it? I'm very concerned, but, am I overreacting? I'm already worried about the declining sex frequency, but now this? What happens after 10 years of marriage at this rate?
If you want Sex marrying is the wrong approach. You are looking for a hooker
It is definitely a red flag. i was in a relationship with this one woman who for lack of a better word is a complete loser. Anyways she had no get up and go. I suppose it was not her fault. Her mother was a single mother raising her and the mother did not teach her sh!t. No education-(Dropped out in 10th grade),Hardly any work history,Does not want to work, and cant even drive a fvcking car because she is too scared. lmfao. Anyways she started to make excuses about not wanting to be intimate also. Its quite hilarious how women can have severe mood swings and be hot on you one minute and the next a complete Annie Wilkes. If baffles my fvcking mind!
Ask her for a Belmont Transfer.
What happens is you get used to doing it yourself in the shower. Good luck brother

Talked w her about it yet? If you don't you're committing an "omission" lie. If that's yr only beef and a one-off? Pat yourself on the back and invite her in to pow-wow about it. If she balks or gets p o 'd about that? That would be s bigger problem.
Just do what my buddy does he just has a few side chicks and his marriage has never been better!

My wife was a sex fiend when we were dating and for a few years of marriage. Fast forward 20 years and she has the sex drive of a burn victim who just rolled down a rocky hill.
That stuff would definitely be annoying. Been married 10 years. 2-3x a week. But it’s super simple and quick… not flowers or fluff. We laugh and complain we are tired. But get it done and have fun.
I get shot down all the time. Straight up f** off not today. I just laugh and come back and take another swing the next day. I don’t take it personal or get all butt hurt. It’s like a game. Definitely never been lied to though that’s strange.
I think a lot of people run into a problem and think all the fireworks should still be there like when they first met, and it’s a requirement to keep up a good sex life. Which I don’t believe, the opposite actually.

Getting no for an answer when you are still hitting it 2-3 times a week isn't PNSO and doesn't cause depression and anger. It doesn't seem like you have to flat out beg the times you do get busy either. Sounds about as good as can, be short of being married to a sex addict, which would not have lasted 10 years.
Hey, I am no gynecologist, but couldn't the woman have had her period early?

Marriage is a marathon, not a sprint. There will be times she's not in the mood. There will be times when you're not in the mood or are too tired (trust me, it will happen). Whether its a period, headache or no reason at all, it's normal to have times your wife (or you) aren't up to it. That's fine. Brush it off. All that matters is that you both make an effect to get back at it, in an amount of time that works for both of you. Some times it comes easy. Other times one or both of you might need to work hard, to rally for the effort. Marathon, not a sprint.

You're either not married or you're married to a woman who has more testosterone than you.
Yes, even on the pill it’s entirely possible she is not lying. Typical of Letsrun that we’re this far into the thread before someone mentions it.

I've got plenty of testosterone. Well, at least enough to handle your mom.

Oh stop. The typical 12 year's clit is probably bigger than your tiny little schmeckle...

The fact that you would mention the anatomy of an underage human being so nonchalantly, and not in a scientific matter, is absolutely revolting.

So you're a pedophile and the mere mention of underdeveloped genitals puts you in a pretzel fo guilt, shame, and lust eh? That's a YOU problem.
