Maybe if regular people were using the track the idiot wouldn't have cut the Swastika? I bet he climbed a fence anyway. I hate how institutions use the rare instances of bad guys as an excuse to keep the good guys out. They have nothing in common. It is a big part of why authority is hated and mistrusted. They use too many ruses to exercise their privilege.
Just for the record, the track was always open and some runners liked me used it on a somewhat regular basis. Some people used it to walk and others as a dog run.
This overused rallying cry of "I pay taxes" is nonsense. You can't play basketball in the gym, take Spanish classes, or use the band instruments either.
