the truth is also that Ben True is a perfect example of what this board WANTS from a runner. dude is in no way in any "grey area". he's a lone wolf, who puts the responsibility of being an elite runner firmly on his own back, puts in the work and goes out there and tries for the win every time he races.
he is a reminder of how running should be. he has had a great career and i hope he continues to. i wish him the best at nyc, and will be rooting for him.
