She has only been running in training for a few months and was able to run that time. If she trains seriously for a year I can see her getting down to around 32 minutes for 10 km on the road. Genetics and good form. Impressive stuff! Basically she got into running because of Wanders, otherwise we can guess that she would’ve probably never taken up the sport.
You obviously were never a competitive road racer before. 38 minutes to 32 is like saying a 32 minute 10 k guy new to the sport can break 28 for 10 k with more training. Doesn’t work that way
You are absolutely correct and I stand corrected and I apologize for my rash over estimation of her ability.
In my case I was just a modest club runner (Hercules Wimbledon A.C.) in Great Britain in the mid to late 1970s and it took me three years to improve from 34:48 in my first 10,000 m at the age of 19 to 32:22 three years later at age 23. However I never trained on the track so I think if I had done specific track training my time would’ve been faster. I had a better 5000 m time of 15:17.4 in 1978 at age 22, on a cinder track at Wimbledon Park stadium track, behind Bob Holt (14:40), John Roberts (14:50), Mike Fuller (15:10), etc. The 15:17.4 run on the cinder track was worth around 31:34 - 31:45 in good conditions I feel in a 10,000 m on the track but I never had a chance to run one because I preferred road racing focusing on 10 mile road races where my best time was 52 minutes for 10 miles on the road and 1:50:49 for 20 miles on the road (Finchley 20, April 20, 1978, Ruislip, North London).
In the case of the girlfriend of Julian Wanders, I fully concede that my early statement was optimistic and I think a more realistic plan would be for her to try to achieve around 36 minutes within two years from now. I think that would be realistic because from looking at the Instagram post of Julien, it does not appear that his girlfriend does very serious training contending herself mostly with steady runs and jogging.
I take back my earlier statement with full concession and apologies, and in future will try to research my answer more fully with afterthought before posting. Thank you.

Why this?? Well, ......I have been his advicer a couple of years before . A BIG CONGRATS to you Pietro from The Magic Wizard! Pietro, I hope you can make a comment about this if you read this and confirm , thank you! :)
Pietro and I had a very good cooperation but because circumstances how it functions in Italy where the runners usually are connected to e.g the police club and supported / employed that way he couldn`t officially have me as his personal coach.
Pietro is a very talented young runner at age 24 now. I of course saw very early he was an "embryo" to become
a great runner.......

Wouldn't it be great if JS coached Wanders?
He would then slow down enough to become a natural pacemaker for his girlfriend, running 32 minutes for 10k.
Hehe! )) We shall not irritate Renato with this Wanders bad performance s under his guidance. Renato has confirmed Wanders had a bad injury that haunted him for a long time this year. So Renato can`t be blamed for this...... :)

Wanders would be running 1:03 for the half, like your 1:02 man Nyokaye is now running 1:06
Nyokaye would lose to a bunch of women.

The funny thing is that your lies are being exposed every single day and you were even forced to remove two of them from your website.

Congratulations Coach J. S for coaching this Italian, Pietro Riva, to such a splendid performance in Geneva - his 28.06 was absolutely phenomenal and some of the people he beat are true world stars. I did not realize you had been his previous coach but it seems he took to your coaching like a duck to water and you were the instigator in giving him the quality from which he then transferred to an upgraded system to become an absolutely super runner as evidenced by this fantastic performance in Geneva. You have proved once again, that you can really coach to a good level. now, the onus on you will be to maintain these athletes in your coaching system for further develop to the absolute peak elite class, for example getting this Italian down to around 2720 or 10,000 m on the track would be absolutely fabulous.

Stop insulting Pietro Riva's coach by saying that!
Why are you insulting his coach and saying it was the Swedish liar that coached him?
Why the misinformation?
Pietro Riva, another product of the Swedish guru JS/DANCAN system.

Well , Ghost1, we must stay clear here :) ......I have not coached him last couple of years, I will check the years it was.
And he is a fantastic talent! He is a European Junior gold champion at 10000m in Eskilstuna,Sweden year 2015 !!
Pietro Riva, one of the world’s fastest policeman is on track to become a future superstar monster. DANCAN system appeared to give him that initial boost.
He has genuinely super times, 3:41.05, 3:57.90, 7:45.52, 13:31.53, 28:25.86, 28:06 (10km road), 1:02:19.
What is especially impressive about this runner is his superb range from a 357 mile right up to a 102 half marathon, that covers all the bases and the guy is a strong as an ox. Impressive.
Coach JS, please tell us more about this athlete who is your former athlete. Some general information please.
