It is actually one of the worse cross country courses I have even seen for any level to run.

Mt. Sac takes balls to run. Saying real cross country involves grass is like saying real rock climbing involves indoor gyms.
It really doesn't. The hills aren't that hard. The worst part is the downhills which just puts undo stress on bones and ligaments to run it right.
The fact footlocker had to be moved in 2019 to the road because there was a little bit of rain is another reason it's a joke.

No it isn't. It's like saying real rock climbing involves rocks.
I guess when you think of cross country you think of a golf course.

You must be the coach of a team that always finishes last place.
If I make it to the Olys I get 100,000 times the TV audience as any other famous marathon or running event show on TV. Wish me luck.

1st time for Cross Country. Wow.
Mt Sac is the only real cross country race in North America. The rest are flat time trials designed by coaches to earn bonus money.

What about FL regionals?
Link or it’s fake news. No way is the LOC or IOC adding another event for Africans to dominate. It adds nothing to the Olympic program. They will add Spartan before they bring back cross country.

Correct. I’ve realized the majority of people on LR haven’t grasped analogies.
Mt Sac is not a real XC course and it certainly not harder than a ton of East Coast courses.
Hereford or bust
Many national squads permanently have lived and trained in L.A. for 100 years so #LA2028 should be a snap.

Does anyone even say it's hard? It's one of the easiest courses in the country. It's not even 3 miles.
Mt Sac Cross Country is all you have to say.

Mt Sac is 100 miles from UCA. Too far away from the main host USC Coliseum.
What's UCA? Mt. SAC is 29.3 miles from the Coliseum, per Google maps.
East coast to California boys: You Cali boys are wussies and your courses are wussies and your distances are wussies. On top the that Cali is a huge cesspool.
California boys to the east coast : Cool story bruh. Hope to race out there some day.
