Isn't it in Austin somewhere? That's at least where Chavez and Merber recorded their preview podcast last night.

Yes
low 60s tonight, no wind. 70s tomorrow night, moderate winds. Hoping I have time to watch both nights, but have been swamped organizing a Hasbro boycott.
Do any of these people (with the exception of Berian if he's healthy) have a realistic OTQ chance? I haven't heard of many of them.

Craig is in the 5k, video is a little misleading.
Does anyone have a start list? Looking on
https://trialsofmilesracing.com/tom/the-texas-qualifierit looks like there have been a few changes/drops--no more Hunter or Morgan McDonald in the 5k to name a few. Excited to see how this shakes out.
Aren’t the start lists pretty much listed in that link? There are some intriguing entries.
High schoolers Gorriaran and R. Willis in the ‘B’ 800, as well as former 1:43 man Boris Berian on the men’s side.
Ajee Wilson leads a pretty stacked W800, and we’ll get a peak at where Kate Grace is at. Isiah Harris highlights the M800.
Debues-Stafford returns to the 1500 vs. Quigley, Sinclaire Johnson, Hiltz and McGee. M1500 even without Brazier and Centro is fascinating, with J. Thompson/Gregorek/Knight/Jenkins/Willis/C. Hunter/Prakel/Robby Andrews
At 5k, Purrier and Coburn meet again and could both set PRs. For the men, James West of UO/UK takes on Hill, Bor, Erassa, and the German who raced well at the NBIGP, Thorwirth.
In the 10ks, Konstanze Klosterhalfen is the story IMO. Hopefully she’s getting back to 2019 form.
I didn't mind what Koko did this month last year indoors.
I'm very excited to see Kiera D'amato race. She's got a really intriguing story and I'd love to see her make the olympic team
Maybe all I'm seeing is heat 1 in that link. idk.

Nvm, I just noticed Sam is actually in the 10k
I see Morgan McDonald listed on the main page, but not in any events?

Solid predictions. You really think Konstanze goes slower than the BTC ladies last weekend?
I doubt Koko will have anyone to run with at the BTC pace...Karissa and Elise were neck and neck the whole way.

This seems conservative considering Cranny ran 30:47. From what I can tell, she's never done a 10000 on the track, but she has a 14:30 a year ago. Unless the weather is preclusive I'll give her 30:42.
Klosterhalfen is a massive question mark. Months off missed due to injury but also heaps of talent. Could see anything from 30:30 to a DNF tbh.
Men's 1500m looks like an interesting field. Hard to pick a winner, but I'm going to go with the Maple Syrup Sweep with J-Knight taking the men's and GDS the women's race. However I go with the caveat that while GDS is clearly the class of the women's field on paper, if there isn't enough sting taken out of Sinclaire Johnson's tail by the pace of the race she could cause an upset.
Elle Purrier to win that 5000 at a canter. Also that's a pretty sharp looking women's 800m field. Hopefully they get after it rather than going through slowly and kicking to another 1:59 high/2:00 affair.
Keira D'Amato 10k W. 30:58.
I would not be surprised if Koko was content to get the the qualifier as it's her first track 10k (although she ran 32:24 already 5 years ago at barely 19 in a road race that was supposed to be more like a training run) and her first race in a long time. But last year in the indoor 5k she also just ran her own race less than a kilometer into it and so I would not be surprised either if she ran sub 31 min mostly solo. It would certainly have been more interesting to see her in the 1500 or 5k with more competition but she needs the qualifying time and probably a 10k is actually easier form base training than a shorter faster distance.

Just a sidenote the German Women's 10000 Record is 31:03.62 by Kathrin Wiebel in 1991, Konstanze should smash that if she is anywhere near 8:20 for 3000 or dub 14:30 for 5000
That record will fall to Melat Kejeta when battling with a Japanese for bronze at the Olympics this year
Heard he was a scratch. Broadcast scheduled to start in 15 minutes. Might be worth tuning in early as Chavez and Merber are both knowledgable as well as being huge fans.
why do I feel this broadcast will be nothing more than someone using an iPhone
