If you're talking about his arm carriage you're just dead wrong. His lower half is perfection making his choo-choo train arm carriage irrelevant. Dude is going to crush this 5k.

All the tinman guys are way overseeded.
Hunter should probably be able to do it at this point, but everyone else from Tinman is way out of their league.
10k field looks more interesting than the 5k here.
I believe they are keeping the location secret to prevent a crowd. I'm sure it will leak out that day, but I doubt that would create a huge rush of people coming to the track.

There is no wrong or right. A coach like Salazar or Pfaff would improve his thoracic mobility as he is showing limitation. Listen, I am one of Luis's biggest fans, but to take the next step all biomechanical flaws need to be addressed. That thoracic limitation is actually shortening his stride and not allowing him to deliver maximum power and extension which is why he has to wildly swing the counter arm. The best quote I ever heard about Mo and Rupp in the lab was "we need to ensure that all forces result in forward motion." Going to be a heck of a race.

Will not even be AR pace for 10k, yet the majority will have IG pics of their uniforms laid out the night before coupled with another pic the day after explaining how theyll do better. Wish some Americans would take the plunge like the Robertson Twins. Like or dislike them, they went all in.

If she is allowed to wear the cheater shoes, then she will be close to 30. If she isn't allowed to wear the cheaters hoes, she might not break 32.

No. Not even sub 30:30.
30:55. Low stack shoes.
Dom they are absolutely not breaking Henry Rono’s collegiate record. I could see Luis and Coop going sub 13:20, they’ve both clocked some fast 3k’s lately. But 13:08?? Or, oh god, Lawi’s 13:00?? Out of their league. For now. Especially in a domestic race.

No it shows they are willing to put down seeds times that might have no basis in reality. We did that all the time in HS... Or when I go the. open meet, walk out when the call for the 4:30 miler and 10 people step forward. After the first lap in 66, it is you. and one other guy with a 4s lead.....
I put the winning time at 13:14 and 5 guys sub 13:20. Your definition of reality is not accurate.

Finally get to see what Cooper can do. Put all that YouTube training fame to use.

They're both in incredible shape. Some examples:
Luis just paced a very fast 5k for the NAU boys and has been doing Long Threshold/Vo2 Max Sessions.
Cooper, I would argue, is in better shape. He just did a 4k TT and ran 10:52 (4:21 pace) and 2mi TT (8:35) and also recently did this unreal workout: 3x1k (2:50, 2:50, 2:49), 1x1200 (3:28), 1x800 (2:10), 1x1200 (3:21), 1x1600 (4:24), 5x400 (67, 65, 64, 63, 60) this was done with jogging rest and came out to be over 12Miles at 5:38 pace.

Bud, this is a very bad take. These guys are both incredible runners, but 13:15 is ambitious already. If they run well, they'll likely be able to run under 13:20 but 13:15 is a very tall order. There is absolutely no chance they take down Rono's collegiate record tonight.
