hey, here is a link to where you can find a great FREE program to track everything and anything related to your running. last summer my best friend and i decided that we wanted a program that tracks everything related to our running (mileage, shoe mileage, where you ran, PR's, weather conditions, type of workout--like hills, tempo, intervals... also tracks races, body weight, heart rate, everything). since i'm just a runner at a d-ii school and he's a computer/math nerd at harvard, he wrote the program. it is awesome. he wants people to use it, so i'm posting a link to it here... two notes... 1) it is called triathlog. he's into triathlon stuff, so it tracks that too if you want it. i just turn non-running stuff off... and 2) it takes a bit of time to get started. you have to enter your running location the first time you run there, but after you do all of that, awesome stuff.
the program has really helped me keep track of my 90-100 mile weeks and it is really nice looking back at what i did last summer to compare. download it, use it, enjoy it. thanks.
