LetsRun brothers and sisters. I'm doing a little bit of a "survey" to compile some running wisdom/philosophy. For those that would, please post in one or two sentences (or words, if simple) what you think is the "most" important thing to teach/give an athlete starting out in running (regardless of their age, goals, etc.). What's that one thing, that one nugget of wisdom you'd give them? Imagine you only had like 30 seconds to share as you crossed paths in an airport, bus stop, etc. I'm sure there's been threads like these in the past, but I'm relatively new to LetsRun. So if there are other links you know of, please point me to them.
Thanks.
