Could ANY UFC fighter beat Mike Tyson in his prime using UFC regulations. If so which ones?

Using UFC regulations, a TON of UFC fighters could be prime Mike Tyson. If you watched UFC or knew any of it's rules you wouldn't have even asked this question. Tyson wouldn't be able to defend against take downs and wouldn't be prepared to block kicks. As soon as the fight goes to the ground, it's over.
If it were anything goes rules however, I think Tyson would have bit the shit out of them, then knocked them the f*ck out.
Anderson Silva everyday of the week. He has such ability it would not even close.
If the UFC guy took Tyson to the ground right away, he'd probably win. Tyson was miles beyond any UFC guys stand up though. If they tried fighting him stand up they'd get knocked out quick.

Tyson outweighs Silva by 40+lbs, and 44 of his 50 wins were knock-outs. If he connects, it's over.
give tyson those 3 oz gloves worn in UFC fighting and with one punch, any UFC fighter would be on the ground.
Tyson was an extremely overrated boxer. And Anderson Silva might fight at "185" but he's close to 200 lbs. come fight time.
Tyson beats every UFC guy in a boxing match, he'd win most fights in a K1 rules match and he loses to most in an MMA match. Nothing really to debate.

This. In a boxing match though, nobody from history beats mike tyson in his prime.

Umm ever heard of Buster Douglas?
I'd bet that Tyson has entertained the idea of UFC, but has likely been talked out of it as he would get KTFO.

No. Tyson is an extremely UNDERRATED boxer because, after the Spinks fight (1988) he fired his trainer, signed with Don King, stopped training seriously, stopped moving his head and punching in combination, got beaten repeatedly, and allowed fools like yourself to disparage him. It's his own fault that he pissed it all away, of course.

Prior to the Douglas fight Mike was barely training, and had been virtually starving himself to make weight--he lost something like 30lbs in the last six weeks.
He entered the fight a walking corpse.
In running, times remind us of when an athlete is performing well below his or her best. Intelligent people apply the same principle to boxing and other less coldly objective sports--form matters.
Seb Coe was not "overrated" because he lost races he would normally have won in 1982 and 1983.
Have you seen Mike Tyson in his prime?
No. One punch from Tyson is all it would take.
One Word: Fedor.

One punch, that's it. You're telling me that a UFC fighter is going to get Tyson to the mat before he can land one punch?
UFC rules or not, there is no way that Tyson would lose to a UFC fighter.

Yes, instant fractured skull. Even if they grapple on the grround he could still sneak a punch in. And in Tyson's case, one and done.
He wouldn't get off one punch to the top tier of fighters. He would not be used to people changing levels. His biting might give him a chance if they leave an ear out there unprotected.

um, would you like to try that again? heavyweights don't have weight limits, so no one has to "make weight". the Ring Magazine has the all-time heavyweight rankings as
1. Muhammad Ali
2. Joe Louis
3. Evander Holyfield
4. George Foreman
5. Larry Holmes
6. Rocky Marciano
7. Sonny Liston
8. Joe Frazier
9. Jack Johnson
10. Jack Dempsey
11. Ezzard Charles
12. James J. Jeffries
13. Jersey Joe Walcott
14. Mike Tyson
but hey, what do they know?
