I'm curious if there is anyone that has been doing intermittent fasting (IF) long term (see

) and what the impact has been on your running.
A friend of mine is really into this and swears by it. Not only for losing some weight and getting lean, but by all the health benefits cited, i.e.

I rarely eat before 1pm each day (even with running in the mornings), so it doesn't feel like a stretch to push that out a bit and go a full 18 or 20 hours fasting each day and just eating at dinner time.
